As an Oracle customer (Database and Apps) I'm always disappointed by just how little information filters out of OpenWorld. From what I can tell, unless you want to pay $700 for 'Oracle OpenWorld On Demand' then it's just a case of searching around to see what if anything of value you can find.
I think for the bulk of users these shows are becoming ever more difficult to justify. If it's how you make your money and networking is your thing then great, but from a user perspective, we can no longer justify sending our staff.
Interested to hear from any customers and users who did attend who may think otherwise.
